ELECTRIC CAR DOES 0 TO 87 IN 10 SECONDS

The Spanish tech corporation Tecnalia recently unveiled a bright orange electric vehicle in Madrid that it says can go from 0 to 87 miles per hour (140 kilometers) in 10 seconds. EVs are turning a corner, and Tecnalia's "Dynacar" is joining the ranks of those taking that turn at a very high rate of speed.

Tecnalia, an international corporation based in Spain that specializes in technological research and innovation, presented Dynacar at the International Eco Friendly Vehicle & Sustainability Mobility Show, which took place in Madrid recently. This colorful two-seater has a permanent magnet synchronous electric motor that provides 100 kilowatts of peak power. Its storage capacity is 15 kilowatt hours and its operating range is nearly 44 miles, or 70 kilometers.

Rotomag tieup with Chinese company to make BLDC Hub motors in India

Rotomag has entered into a technical collaboration with China-based Ningbo Polaris Technology Co Ltd which will help it manufacture BLDC hub motors, a product only imported by the rapidly growing electric vehicles market in the country.
