1. Whatever the Vehicle introduced into the market, will be optimized to that particular day or only for few more months or years, optimization does not end there it is process of offering to the society or to the public the maximum utility of the product.  Then optimization about the product is always done with existing or the present availability of the raw material and the technologies.\
